Daher steht trägerseits ein Haus mit drei Wohnungen zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich wird ambulante Betreuung für junge Menschen die in der eigenen Wohnung leben geboten. Das "JWH" wurde als Bauprojekt des gemeinnützigen Vereins "Werkstatt-Schule e.V." 1989 fertiggestellt. Die Idee zum Ausbau eines sanierungsbedürftigen Hauses, unter Berücksichtigung baubiologischer Aspekte, entstand aus der Tatsache heraus, dass einer der Hauptgründe für schulische und berufliche Schwierigkeiten in der problematischen Wohn- Situation der betroffenen Jugendlichen liegt.
